Join the Ohio BPA State Officer Team, as they lead an unforgettable day of leadership, connection, and fun!

Experience a reimagined Fall Leadership Conference that will be entirely student‑led by our State Officer Team. They will facilitate workshops covering topics such as Torch Awards, conducting chapter meetings, and understanding officer roles. In addition, the State Officer Team will walk interested students through the process of becoming a State Officer.

Capital University has also expressed strong interest in supporting this event. In addition to hosting the conference, they will be providing a short campus tour for attendees, and several professors will be offering workshops throughout the day.

Advisors, you won’t be left out—there will be several workshop and roundtable opportunities designed specifically for you as well.

You’ll leave energized, equipped, and ready to take what you’ve learned back to your chapter—because this isn’t just another leadership conference. It’s your chance to become the Ultimate Ohio Student Leader!

REGISTRATION
  • Open: September 24 - October 12
  • Waitlist Registrations: October 12-16
  • Re-Opens for everyone: October 16-23
ATTENDEES
Attendance is limited to 340 participants, which includes students, advisors, and chaperones.
  • Student attendees MUST hold a leadership position within your chapter.
  • Each school is limited to 10 attendees, even if multiple chapters exist within the school.
    • Reason: To allow for a broad representation across schools.
Waitlist for schools with multiple Advisors & multiple Chapters:
  • On October 12, if registration is not full, those on the Waitlist will be notified that additional spots are available and that you may exceed the 10‑person limit for registration.
    • This option is only available to schools with multiple advisors and multiple chapters.

COST
  • $12.00 per attendee
    • Includes Lunch at Student Union Cafeteria/Buffet

    • Departure: Attendees will walk to where Bus/School Transportation is parked. All are within close proximity to Student Union.
      • Dismissal will be from the Student Union; Short walk to any of the listed Parking Lots above.

Check in begins at 8:45a | Opening session at 9:30a | Lunch at 11:00a | Dismissed at 2:00p

DRESS CODE
Business casual.
A short college tour will be included. Comfortable walking/tennis shoes are acceptable.
